77.7% new French Oak (4 Francois Freres 3 Year air-dried VTG M toast, 3 Boutes Grande Reserve 3 Year air-dried M Toat) and two 1-year old French Oak barrels.
72.6% Whole Cluster Fermented. The remaining fruit was destemmed.
Non-inoculated primary and malolactic fermentation.
This wine was made with the addition of sulfur and was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is Gluten Free and Vegan.
INGREDIENTS/ADDITIONS: Grapes, sulfur dioxide.
14.37% alcohol, 3.68 pH, 5.5 g/l TA

66.6% Garys’ Vineyard and 33.4% Rosella’s Vineyard. 80.3% new French Oak (3 Francois Freres 3 Year air-dried VTG M toast, 1 Boutes Grande Reserve 3 Year air-dried M Toat) one 1-year old French Oak barrel, and 60 gallons of Garys’ final blend.
74.7% Whole Cluster Fermented
