- 72.6% Whole Cluster Fermented. The remaining fruit was destemmed.
- Non-inoculated primary and malolactic fermentation.
- This wine was made with the addition of sulfur and was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is Gluten Free and Vegan.

- 75.8% Whole Cluster Fermented. The remaining fruit was destemmed.
- Non-inoculated primary and malolactic fermentation.

- 66.6% Garys’ Vineyard and 33.4% Rosella’s Vineyard. 80.3% new French Oak (3 Francois Freres 3 Year air-dried VTG M toast, 1 Boutes Grande Reserve 3 Year air-dried M Toat) one 1-year old French Oak barrel, and 60 gallons of Garys’ final blend.
