Now, for the first time, Busy Signal has a Chardonnay.
The 2025 Busy Signal Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay comes from two exceptional vineyards in one of California’s greatest Chardonnay-growing regions. Fermented and aged in French oak, 25% new, it represents a significant step forward for our Chardonnay program while staying true to what Busy Signal is all about: overdelivering for the price.
The wine beautifully captures the cool, windswept character of the Sta. Rita Hills. Ripe pear, Golden Delicious apple and Meyer lemon lead into notes of white flowers, crushed stone and a subtle touch of toast. There’s plenty of richness through the mid-palate, but the region’s natural acidity keeps everything bright and energetic. A streak of saline minerality carries through the long, clean finish.
It’s a Chardonnay with enough weight and texture to satisfy those who love richer California Chardonnay, but enough freshness, precision and minerality to keep you coming back for another glass.
And there isn’t much of it.
